30 from relay to battery positive. 85 to negative on Hydrogen cell. Then a wire from the negative side of Hydro cell to negative side of battery. 87 to positive side of Hydro cell. 86 to Diesel pump. This is then only active when the ignition is turned on. This makes for a very safe system as hydrogen gas is only extracted from the purified water when the engine is running. Get a relay that has a built on fuse holder. 30 amp fuse. |
| Install hydro cell about 12 inches or 300 MM. Lower than the hydrogen water reservoir or bubbler as it can be called. This helps with the flow of the hydro gas up to the reservoir. Which should have about 1 inch or 25 MM. air space for the gas,to be then sucked into the inlet pipe. Make sure it goes in on the side of turbo,as in diagram on left. |
| Use 30 amp wire for most instalations. Higher ampage wire if on large engines or boats. Vehicles with 24 volt systems,will need a voltage step down to 12 volts, also may need heavier ampage wiring with 6 litre or 14 litre Hydrogen gas Kits. These can be bought from your local supplier. |
| Winter time.Add 20 or 30 MLS. of antifreeze, to the purified water to make sure it does not freeze. High mileage vehicles,may have to change the distilled water.if you do not only use distilled or purified water. Only renew the electrolyte crystals,if you have change to clean water. |
| Pour the premixed potassium hydroxide KOH.In to the reservoir first,to make shore the KOH gets down into the hydro cell before the purified water. (Very important.) Do not fill reservoir more than 3/4,s full, with the hydrogen gas. If the amp rating is about 15 amps,you can add more KOH, if not extracting enough hydrogen gas. Use your vehicle for a few days,you can always add around 10 grams more KOH.Do not let the amps go higher than 30 amps. Always add the KHO to the water and not the water to KHO. Use disposable gloves and do not splash into eyes or get on paint work. Wash straight away if you splash the KHO. |
